About KPS POWER VIETNAM's delivery policy

2. Regulation of delivery time

- Order confirmation time:

+ Monday – Friday: 8.00 – 11.30AM; 13.00 - 17.00PM

+ Saturday: 8.00 - 11.30AM

After receiving the online order, KPS will contact the customer to confirm the order.

- Delivery method:

+ Southern region and from Nha Trang upwards: Delivery in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Long An, other provinces we will deliver via delivery service.

+ Northern area and from Da Nang outward: Delivery in Hanoi City within 20 km, we will deliver to neighboring provinces via delivery service.

+ In cases where the provinces already have distributors, KPS distributors will deliver customer orders.

Shipping fees

Order shipping fee = Standard delivery fee + The courier's fee upon request (if any).

Customer service staff will call the customers immediately to confirm shipping costs when receiving the order.
